I use this product in my kettle corn business it smells and taste amazing
so so carmel glaze
Doesn't coat all popped kernels with a carmel coating. When cooking in my 160 qt northbend popper. I can't seem to get over 40 to 50 percent of a cooked batch of corn carmel coated.
