The Gold Medal 2383 popcorn flavor mix comes in a 4-pound jar that should be kept in a dry space below 75 degrees Fahrenheit. A dry, white powder adds a mild cheddar cheese flavor to popcorn, though it can be used for other snacks. For every five gallons of popcorn, 1⁄3 cup of mixture should be used. We use this on our "Kettle" cooked corn without the sugar. Our customers enjoy it. The flavor could be a little stronger as we need to use quite a bit to get the taste right.
Very light flavor

Best white cheddar seasoning around
The white cheddar powder seasoning is great! We have tried many brands and most of them have tasted too tart, too sweet or leave a bad after taste to our popcorn. This tastes just like fresh shredded white cheddar.
I would buy this product again
I use micro wave popcorn, put in a large bowl, add seasoning cover and shake in many directions
Purchase of seasoning
We love the flavoring, but it was thrown in a box too big with no packing. Luckily it was not damaged or broken. This happens alot with the flossine also. I have received those broken before and it is quite a mess.

We sell kettle corn and we use this to flavor our white cheddar popcorn. People love it! Our only complaint is that the jar is not full. Wish the manufacturer would fill it up to 5lbs.
