The Gold Medal 2095 Heat 'N Kleen kettle cleaner comes in a 31-ounce jar, breaking down and eliminating carbon deposits. It blends grease and oil then removes it from the kettle's interior, and operators should use 2 ounces of cleaner for every gallon of water. This kettle should then be heated to 160 degrees Fahrenheit, and for heavily soiled kettles, 4 ounces of solution can be used for every gallon of water. For an extremely clean kettle, this solution can be used daily.

I have a Benchmark Model #11060 6oz popcorn machine. Have used the Gold Medal 2095 twice and it has worked well so far.
