Ideal for creating a pop-up station on buffet lines, this Tablecraft CWACTION2RSA double induction countertop station kit measures 473⁄8 inches wide by 251⁄4 inches deep by 6 inches high to fit most portable catering tables and includes a countertop station kit with two drop-in electric induction cooktops and two half-long cooling plates. Its lightweight Duracoat™-coated cast aluminum frame is simple to move and can be disassembled and cleaned quickly. To complement neutral or vibrant decorative themes, its random swirl finish introduces a sleek, professional look.
Because the Tablecraft CWACTION2RSA induction countertop station kit's induction cooktops operate with electromagnetism, they're energy efficient, respond quickly to temperature adjustments, and keep kitchens cool. Only induction-compatible cookware, or cookware made of iron, cast iron, or ferrous stainless steel, can be used with these surfaces since iron reacts to the electromagnetic field to generate heat. Each cooktop has a correlating control panel with a rotating power knob, power and temperature button, an LED display panel, and a control lamp. Operators can adjust the cooktops from 140 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit individually to accommodate various recipes. To keep ingredients cold for cooking or serving, the two cooling plates should be stored in the freezer before use, and they're designed for use with Duracoat-coated cast aluminum bowls (sold separately).
