The Tablecraft CWA12 universal adapter bar is made for use with food pans and steam tables in buffet and catering setups. The adapter bar shortens the gap between the edges of a well in a steam table to allow a smaller food pan to sit in it comfortably. The bar is dishwasher safe for simple and efficient cleaning and measures 12 inches long.
