Tablecraft CW4100N Description
The Tablecraft CW4100N pizza pan is constructed of aluminum that heats evenly for consistent bakes. Its baking surface measures 16 inches in diameter and 1⁄2 an inch deep, so it's ideal for serving large, thin-crust pizzas. A handle on the side of the pan provides leverage when loading, retrieving, and serving pizzas. This aluminum unit shouldn't be washed in a dishmachine and requires manual cleaning with aluminum-safe detergent.
