The full-size configuration of this Tablecraft CW40160 electric chafer has the capacity to hold 7 quarts of food on a buffet line. With its polished stainless steel frame, the dish decoratively adorns the visual aspect of buffets. It comes with a 700-watt heater, warming food with electricity instead of fuel; this eliminates exposed flames and other unsafe burning options. To reduce noise when the lid is opened or closed, its cover has a hinged, slow-closing design. Because a glass window is integrated into the lid, it provides constant product visibility. It has a steam vent that reduces condensation and a catch to capture any drips.
