An automatic lock-open mechanism secures the legs, while mar-proof plastic foot caps stabilize the table and protect surrounding floors. Supported by a 5⁄8-inch high-density particle board core, the medium oak melamine top offers a scratch-resistant finish. Brown T-mold edging lines the tabletop to guard against edge wear. With 18-gauge pedestal legs and a one-piece steel apron, the brown frame supplies a strong foundation with a cohesive look.
