FWE UHST-13P Description
Fitted with push bars and 5-inch braking casters, the FWE UHST-13P UHST heated meal delivery cart enables fluid transportation between staging and service zones. A wraparound bumper absorbs impact, while the pass-thru design incorporates two flush-mounted doors for efficient loading and retrieval. Made of stainless steel, its 30 3⁄4-inch-long by 35 1⁄4-inch-wide by 76 1⁄4-inch-high build is filled with ceramic and fiberglass insulation to maximize heat retention. The top-mounted, forced-air system distributes warm air across 13 full-size pans set on 4 1⁄2-inch universal tray slides, and it operates with a dial thermostat that adjusts from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
