FWE TST-19 Description
The FWE TST-19 insulated heated cabinet circulates warm air evenly with its forced-air heating system, and the heating elements are mounted to the top to protect them from water exposure. This element placement also frees up the bottom of the cabinet, streamlining the cleaning process. Durable for use in heavy-duty applications, this unit is made of stainless steel, which resists common wear and tear, such as rusting, corroding, and denting. During transport, a bumper wraps around the bottom to protect it, and push bar handles help users steer it. This unit is positioned on 5-inch casters for mobility.
To reduce heat loss and preserve energy, the FWE TST-19 full-height heated cabinet contains high-density fiberglass and ceramic insulation. The 28 1⁄4-inch-wide by 34 3⁄4-inch-deep by 76-inch-high body comes with 13 pairs of tray slides that can be adjusted in 1 1⁄2-inch increments. These slides can accommodate (13) 18-inch by 26-inch or (13) 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. To keep food warm, this unit has a temperature range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and if it drops suddenly, an alarm will sound to warn employees.
