FWE TS-1633-36 Description
To eliminate hot and cold spots in the FWE TS163336 mobile pizza cabinet, it uses Humi-Temp technology to circulate moist air. The temperature operates within the range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the cabinet is fully insulated to prohibit accidental temperature changes and keep pizza warm for serving. To streamline adjustments, the control panel is located at eye level and provides a constant readout of the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius as needed.
The FWE TS163336 heated pizza cabinet has 18 tray slides and can accommodate as many as 36 pizza boxes. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable enough to resist rusting, corroding, warping, as well as the dents and scratches that come with frequent use. This unit is positioned on 5-inch casters, providing mobility through a banquet hall or catering room to serve customers.

very good product
I make the same mistake every time I buy this product, I don't pay attention to which side the hinges are on and also I really prefer the see through door. I wish these were pop up questions before purchasing. I do like the product and the service Katom has given on this purchase. I just bought 3 of them.
