FWE TS-1633-14 Description
The FWE TS-1633-14 heated pizza cabinet operates with a Humi-Temp heat and humidity system that circulates air to rid the cabinet of hot and cold spots. The controls are located at eye level to streamline use, and the temperature can be set between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. To accommodate a range of product, the cabinet holds as many as (14) 16-inch pans or 18-inch boxes, and it's equipped with seven 18-inch by 26-inch trays with a 3-inch spacing.
To enable mobility, the FWE TS-1633-14 pizza cabinet is built with 2-inch casters, each of which swivels to increase maneuverability and is equipped with brakes for stability during operation. Because the cabinet is insulated, heat loss is reduced to ensure proper temperatures. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable and resists rust and corrosion.
