FWE PST-16 Description
For rust and corrosion protection, the FWE PST-16 heated holding cabinet is made of heavy-duty stainless steel. It features a tubular welded base frame to add durability and is mounted on 5-inch casters for mobility. To prevent collision damage in transit, it's protected with a full bumper. Operators can quickly power the unit down with an on/off switch, and this cabinet measures 22 1⁄2 inches wide by 29 3⁄4 inches deep by 60 3⁄4 inches high overall.
The FWE PST-16 heated cabinet holds product between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can make temperature adjustments using reliable mechanical controls, and to retain heat and optimize efficiency, it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation. This unit can accommodate (16) 12-inch by 20-inch pans.
