FWE P-200-2-XL Description
The FWE P-200-2-XL heated meal delivery cart can hold 200 extra-large plates measuring 12 3⁄8 inches in diameter, letting users transport and deliver meals with fewer trips. It has a removable humidifier reservoir, so operators can control both temperature and humidity of stored meals, ensuring they won't become dried out before being delivered. To adjust the settings for optimal quality, the control panel is mounted on the front of the cabinet and has recessed controls to prevent accidental changes.
To assist with maneuvering around small spaces, the FWE P-200-2-XL heated meal delivery cart has four 6-inch casters, all of which swivel and have brakes to secure it in place between uses. It has a fan-cooled blower motor that keeps air circulating throughout the interior to maintain uniform heat and humidity for all meals. The cart's doors seal tightly with temperature-resistant gaskets, keeping heated air in to reduce energy use and slow cooling.
