FWE OTRUA13 Description
The FWE OTRUA13 sheet pan rack's welded aluminum construction is built for repeated daily use in prep, holding, and transport environments. A mobile base with casters supports movement throughout the kitchen, while open sides maintain access to trays from multiple angles. A 1 1⁄2-inch on-center bottom load slide system adjusts spacing across 13 levels to accommodate pans of varying depths. The rack holds full-size sheet pans, half-size trays, and oval trays within a single unit, and an end-load configuration defines how trays are positioned during loading and unloading.
