FWE MTU-12 Description
The FWE MTU-12 full-height heated cabinet is insulated to keep food fresh and warm until it's ready to be served. It includes a removable water reservoir that creates humidity, while the built-in moisture-temp system balances moisture and air to ensure food can be held for long periods of time. To keep it out of the way in the kitchen, the door is flush mounted, and it opens and closes with a magnetic handle. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable enough to withstand extended high-volume use.
The 12 universal tray slides in the FWE MTU-12 insulated mobile heated cabinet can accommodate (12) 18-inch by 26-inch or (24) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. These pans can be adjusted on 1 1⁄2-inch increments, enabling the cabinet to accommodate a wide range of foods. Using electronic controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It's positioned on 5-inch casters for mobility, and two of the casters have brakes to hold the unit still.
