FWE MT-1826-18 Description
Built to withstand heavy-duty use, the FWE MT-1826-18 full-height humidified heated holding cabinet is constructed of 20- and 22-gauge stainless steel with casters welded to the bottom. The interior's coved corners prevent food particles from becoming trapped, simplifying cleanup. To provide a versatile and customizable holding space, the cabinet's temperature and moisture levels are controlled independently, and by removing the stainless steel water reservoir, users can configure the unit to offer dry heat.
Because the FWE MT-1826-18 full-height humidified heated holding cabinet offers temperatures between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, food is kept hot for serving. Its full interior perimeter is insulated with Ultra-Guard fiberglass, reducing the cabinet's energy consumption by preventing heat loss. This unit can hold (12) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (24) 14-inch by 18-inch pans.
