FWE HLC-8H-24 Description
Because it utilizes a nickel-chromium alloy element in a radiant heating system, the FWE HLC-8H-24 half-height insulated mobile heated cabinet circulates air to provide uniform temperatures. The full perimeter of the interior, including the doors, is insulated with high-density fiberglass, and high-heat gaskets are mounted to the cabinet to ensure a tight seal when doors are closed. The top-mounted electronic thermostat permits temperature selection between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
To simplify monitoring and protect food quality, the FWE HLC-8H-24 insulated heated cabinet comes equipped with a low-temperature alarm that notifies staff if one of the cabinet's temperatures drops from the programmed temperature range. Each section is individually controlled to hold a variety of food items at different temperatures. To facilitate mobility, the cabinet sits on 6-inch polyurethane tire casters that swivel and lock to provide stability.
