FWE HLC-8 Description
The FWE HLC-8 undercounter insulated heated cabinet is positioned on 31⁄2-inch casters to provide mobility, and these casters swivel to help employees maneuver turns. It's made of durable stainless steel, and the exterior is polished smooth to facilitate cleaning. The door opens and closes on die-cast hinges and has a magnetic handle with no extruded parts that could get in the way. This cabinet is designed for undercounter use, measuring 17 inches wide by 26.50 inches deep by 33.50 inches high.
Using an adjustable thermostat, operators of the FWE HLC-8 mobile heated cabinet can adjust the temperature within the range of 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It accommodates a wide range of pan types and sizes, and its racks are spaced 25⁄8 inches apart and are removable for loading and unloading. Great for catering halls, the cabinet is fully insulated to keep food warm for extended periods until it's time to serve it.
