Stoelting CC303-209A00SIR Description
With its Quick-Freeze Technology™, the Stoelting CC303-209A00SIR custard freezer holds 90 quarts of custard, sorbet, Italian ice, or other frozen favorites inside its three hoppers. To maintain ideal temperatures, it uses R-448A refrigerant to uphold cool conditions in ambient temperatures no higher than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Each hopper features a separate refrigeration system that's cooled remotely, and during off-cycles, its integrated hold cycle keeps contents at safe temperatures. To elevate the beverage's appearance, its long-lasting lighting illuminates the barrels.
Users can operate the Stoelting CC303-209A00SIR custard freezer with the IntelliTec™ control panel. Because it has a two-button operating configuration, users can clean out the unit or start its three 3-horsepower motors with minimal complication; employees can press its push-to-freeze button and flow-control knob to start production. Its Delrin® plastic blades are durable and assist with producing creamy, smooth custard with minimal noise. Overall, it measures 32 1⁄4 inches wide by 46 7⁄8 inches deep by 62 3⁄8 inches high.
