To maintain safe temperatures, each barrel and hopper utilizes its own refrigeration system that operates with R-448A refrigerant, an eco-friendly alternative to traditional refrigerants. Its long-lasting LED light and clear polycarbonate door work in tandem to illuminate the contents inside and entice customers.

Users can operate the barrels with the IntelliTec™ controls. Because the panel features a lighted display, it's easy to see and straightforward to use. With two-button operation, employees can engage the Delrin® food blades and Quick-Freeze Technology™ to produce creamy, smooth-textured desserts with minimal backup. This control panel operates the barrels separately, so it can serve different flavors. For self-serve applications, these controls are tamper resistant.
