Duke TS560-60 Description
Measuring 59 5⁄8 inches wide by 18 3⁄8 inches deep by 18 inches high, the Duke TS560-60 Thurmaduke™ Designer breath guard can be installed onto a Thurmaduke serving system. For cafeteria applications, its front glass creates a full-length barrier between customers and displayed foods to prevent germs from spreading. It can, however, be adjusted for specific serving needs. It’s made of tempered glass, so if it breaks, it will shatter into small pebbles instead of dangerous shards that could hurt customers. The 13-inch-deep shelf supports utensils, condiments, and small packaged items. To match common color palettes, the shelf and end panels are painted.
