Measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 6 1⁄4 inches deep, the Duke 576 spillage pan fits in Thurmaduke™ units, Aerohot warmers, and Chef units, where operators can add wet heat to create an even heating pattern. It is made of aluminum, which withstands heavy use and resists corrosion. Coved corners in the pan prevent debris from getting trapped to facilitate the cleaning process.
