Magikitch'n MKG-48 Description
The MagiKitch'n MKG-48 gas griddle has stainless steel sides for heavy-duty use and a cabinet base that is built with a solid panel. The griddle plate is 1 inch thick and ideal for cooking pancakes, bacon, over-easy eggs, and more. A 3.75-gallon grease box collects liquid and food particles during cooking so when it is time to clean the unit, the box can be removed and dumped. Tapered back and side splashes prevent liquid from splattering onto other surfaces.
This unit has a temperature range of 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Its snap action thermostat has temperature probes that are built into the griddle plate for quick response times and accurate temperatures on the surface. A piezo spark ignitor is used on the thermostat and lights the pilot almost instantly. This unit is heated with propane gas through eight burners, which are spaced every 6 inches and thermostatically controlled every 12 inches. The MagiKitch'n MKG-48 commercial griddle is equipped with four control knobs.
