Magikitch'n MKG-48-E Description
The MagiKitch'n MKG-48-E gas griddle is heated by natural gas through stainless steel burners. Each burner is controlled independently with an electronic thermostat. It operates from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and probes are embedded in the plate to ensure the temperature is accurate with quick recovery. When the power is switched on, the pilot automatically lights with the electric ignition.
The 1-inch-thick, polished griddle plate resists warping, heats evenly, and retains heat better than thin plates. Grease splatter is contained by the backsplash, which is contoured to prevent debris from getting caught in the corners. Made of stainless steel, the sides on the MagiKitch'n MKG-48-E gas griddle are easy to clean, and their double-walled, reinforced construction provides additional strength.
