Magikitch'n CM-RMB-636 Description
The Magikitch'n CM-RMB-636 charbroiler is a solid grilling choice for steakhouses and sports pubs that serve burgers and steaks. Food juices seep onto the charbroiler's radiants while product grills; the radiants vaporize the juice and return its flavors to the food as it cooks. This grilling surface has seven burners that are controlled individually and produce 105,000 BTU in combination.
Because it has a 6-inch front shelf, the Magikitch'n CM-RMB-636 commercial charbroiler enables chefs to prepare food before and after it's grilled. To expedite cleaning, the charbroiler's E-Z Tilt grill grate drains grease into the front trough. This grate's floating steel rod construction reduces heat warping by facilitating rod expansion and contraction.
