Magikitch'n CM-RMB-636 Description
Ideal for sports bars and pubs, the Magikitch'n CM-RMB-636 charbroiler can be used to grill steaks, burgers, and more. As food is grilled, its juices seep onto the charbroiler's radiants, which vaporize them and send the flavors back up in waves. The grilling surface is split between seven burners, each controlled individually, that deliver a combined 105,000 BTU.
With its 6-inch front shelf, the Magikitch'n CM-RMB-636 commercial charbroiler gives chefs a place to prepare food before and after grilling. In order to streamline cleaning, the charbroiler's E-Z Tilt grill grate drains grease into its front trough. This grate features a floating steel rod construction that minimizes heat warping by enabling the rods to expand and contract.
