Vulcan VW2S Description
For holding various foods simultaneously, the Vulcan VW2S drawer warmer features two drawers with 475-watt heating elements and separate controls. Users can adjust each drawer's sliding vent to improve airflow and control humidity. The cabinet's sides and top are filled with 1-inch-thick insulation for heat and moisture preservation in cool settings, and operators can manage temperatures with each drawer's large thermometer. Each drawer includes a full-size 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch stainless steel food pan, and for versatility, these drawers can support third- and half-size pans without cross bracing.
Because the Vulcan VW2S drawer warmer's drawers are furnished with roller bearings, drawer slides, and oversized handles, they're simple to open and close. Overall, this unit measures 27 1⁄2 inches wide by 23 1⁄2 inches deep by 25 inches high and is furnished with four 5-inch adjustable legs that can be levelled on uneven surfaces. Its resilient rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction withstands high-volume use and is simple to wipe clean between uses.
