For lasting durability, this Vulcan VTEC60 countertop charbroiler features a stainless steel exterior, including the sides, control panel, and top trim, resisting heat and corrosion. A removable heat shield and backsplash maintain a cleaner cooking environment by reducing grease buildup, while the integrated crumb tray simplifies maintenance.
