Vulcan C24GA10 Description
The Vulcan C24GA10 floor model convection steamer has two steaming compartments stacked on top of a fully-enclosed, water-resistant, 24-inch cabinet base. The base and compartments are constructed of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. Coved corners in the compartments do not have debris-trapping crevices, simplifying cleaning. There are two heavy-duty doors with door latch mechanisms to ensure they remain closed when shut.
The two compartments can each accommodate five 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch pans. This gas steamer has separate controls for the two compartments, both of which are equipped with 60-minute timers with constant steam features for recipes without a set time limit. Power switches on the Vulcan C24GA10 gas steamer light up for enhanced visibility. The unit is kept level by four adjustable, 6-inch legs that have flanged feet which secure to the floor.
