Traulsen UHT32-D Description
The Traulsen UHT32-D undercounter refrigerator is compact, and simple to install in most kitchen setups. Mounted on 4-inch casters for mobility, this storage unit features a 32-inch-wide by 28 13⁄16-inch-deep by 33 5⁄8-inch-high size. It has two drawers that can hold at least eight 32-inch—or sixth-size— pans inside the 7.97-cubic-feet interior space. These drawers are secure to the body with their gasket profiles and also provide a stay-open and self-close feature for comfortable, consistent use. While the exterior body is made of stainless steel, the interior sports an aluminum construction with a back and body made of galvanized steel. To keep cold temperatures contained, the inside cavity is insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane.
The refrigeration system of the UHT32-D refrigerator is rear mounted, and this unit facilitates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through capillary tubes, keeping temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. While the compressor and evaporator coil assist with operation, the non-electric condensate evaporator reduces excessive amounts of interior condensation. This unit is simple to operate through the electronic digital control with a three-digit display panel.
