Traulsen UHT27-L Description
The Traulsen UHT27-L Dealer's Choice undercounter refrigerator provides 7.35 cubic feet of cold storage space. Users can customize the storage space for various products because the wire shelves are adjustable. Fans circulate air around product and through the wire shelves, so product stays cooled uniformly. The interior temperature is adjustable from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and users can monitor the current temperature with the internal thermometer. To ensure maximum chill, the cabinet structure is insulated with polyurethane foam, while magnetic gaskets seal the door shut.
The door opens from the right and closes itself automatically if opened under 105 degrees. The door, front, and sides are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, while the back and bottom are galvanized steel that resists bends and rust. The refrigeration system is accessible from the back and the unit is mounted on casters for mobility. This Traulsen UHT27-L undercounter refrigerator maintains cold temperatures with capillary tubes and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. It takes in and expels air through the front so the refrigerator can be installed flush against walls or other equipment, making it ideal for small spaces.
