The Traulsen TU044HT Spec-Line undercounter refrigerator provides refrigerated storage beneath prep counters and workstations in commercial kitchens, bars, and food preparation areas. This one-section cabinet includes a solid hinged door with right-side hinging, self-closing operation, and a stay-open feature for loading access. A water-resistant microprocessor control with LED display enables temperature monitoring and adjustment, while the front-breathing cabinet design supports zero-clearance installation beside surrounding equipment. Two wire shelves organize refrigerated inventory within the cabinet, and the refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 34 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit for refrigerated holding applications.
Featuring stainless steel interior surfaces, doors, front panels, and sides, the Traulsen TU044HT undercounter refrigerator is designed for commercial foodservice durability. Magnetic EZ-Clean™ door gaskets, gasket-protecting stainless steel liners, and removable service panels support maintenance procedures. The side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system incorporates an air-cooled hermetic compressor, thermostatic expansion valve, plenum-effect blower coil, and high-humidity evaporator coil to support balanced cooling performance. Adjustable, 6-inch stainless steel legs elevate the cabinet above the floor, while galvanized top, back, and bottom panels complete the cabinet construction.
