Traulsen TBC1H-24 Description
The Traulsen TBC1H-24 blast chiller is a roll-in model that can fit a 27-inch-wide rack. It has a capacity of 35 cubic feet and holds a maximum of 300 pounds of product. This 48 1⁄2-inch-wide by 37 5⁄8-inch-deep by 90 3⁄8-inch-high unit has one solid, right-hinged door with a gasket profile that fits close to the body. An anti-condensate heater behind the door reduces excessive humidity. The body is constructed of stainless steel, and the stainless steel floor is insulated with a 3⁄4-inch-thick cork.
The Refrigeration system of the Traulsen TBC1H-24 floor model roll-in blast chiller is mounted at the top and includes an evaporator and air-cooled compressor. R448A refrigerant is circulated through the body using all these components and coils, and to evenly spread cooling inside the cavity, the body features high-speed evaporator fans. This unit’s EPICON touchscreen has four total modes—blast chill, speed, energy saving, and delicate, allowing an operating range between 40 to -5 degrees Fahrenheit. It's operable in manual or automatic via the assistance of three temperature probes. For blast chilling purposes, this unit must be connected to a remote condenser (not included)
