The Traulsen TBC1H-20 Spec-Line roll-in blast chiller uses three food probes for focused chilling and product-temperature tracking. Featuring adjustable sequence times, target temperatures, and four chill settings, including blast, speed, energy saving, and delicate, it tailors output for varied menu items. The touch screen interface offers 90-day data storage that records performance history and an audible alarm that signals completion. Accommodating a 27-inch rack in its 35-cubic-foot interior, it processes up to 300 pounds at a time and immediately transitions to self-contained holding.
Outfitted with a left-hinged, self-closing door and EZ-Clean™ gasket, the Traulsen TBC1H-20 chiller reduces air escape through repeated openings and ensures tight closure. Its stainless steel frame measures 48 1⁄2 inches wide by 37 5⁄8 inches deep by 90 3⁄8 inches high and incorporates dense polyurethane and cork insulation to inhibit thermal fluctuation. Operating from -5 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit using R448A refrigerant, this model defrosts automatically for uninterrupted service, and it requires a remote system for full blast chilling functionality.
