Traulsen RW132W-COR02 Description
Designed for use in correctional facilities, the Traulsen RW132W-COR02 reach-in heated cabinet features a locking hasp to prevent theft. A polycarbonate control cover protects the unit's microprocessor controls from adjustments, and 6-inch-high stainless steel flanged legs secure the unit to the floor. Inside the cabinet, 12 universal tray slides are welded to a steel frame to reduce the risk of removal; each accommodates an 18-inch by 26-inch pan, two 14-inch by 18-inch pans, or two 12-inch by 20-inch pans. The interior and exterior are made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to withstand high-volume use and prevent vandalism.
The Traulsen RW132W-COR02 heated cabinet generates and maintains temperatures between 135 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, which is a safe holding range for prepared food. Its ducted fan air-distribution system circulates warm air uniformly, removing cold spots that could impact food quality. Because the cabinet and door are lined with 2-inch-thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane, temperatures are preserved even when the door is opened for short periods of time or the unit is stored in cool or warm environments. To manage temperatures and operational statuses, the microprocessor control has an LED display with alarms that ensure users are aware of unexpected changes.
