Traulsen RHF332WP-HHS Description
The Traulsen RHF332WP-HHS pass-thru insulated heated cabinet's shelves are made of wire for uniform heating. These nine shelves are adjustable to suit them for a range of product. A pass-thru unit, it has six solid, half-height doors built onto both sides to facilitate quick retrieval of food pans. The temperature operates within the range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and if critical events occur, an alarm will sound to alert nearby employees. Positioned on 6-inch adjustable legs, this unit can be installed on irregular flooring without rocking.
Santoprene® EZ-Clean gaskets on the Traulsen RHF332WP-HHS full-height heated cabinet's doors seal them shut to preserve heat. Further reducing heat and energy loss, the cabinet contains polyurethane insulation, and the doors self-close if left open. The doors can also remain open 120 degrees for product retrieval and cabinet loading. Great for use in high-volume establishments, it's made of rust- and corrosion-resistant, 20-gauge stainless steel.
