Traulsen RHF332WP-HHG Description
An alarm on the Traulsen RHF332WP-HHG pass-thru insulated heated cabinet alerts users of temperature fluctuations and doors left open. Due to its 6-inch adjustable legs, it can be installed on sloped floors without wobbling. Six glass half-height doors are built on both sides of the pass-thru cabinet to streamline quick access of product. The nine shelves are made of wire to permit airflow through the gaps, ensuring food items are heated evenly. The shelves can also be adjusted for various applications.
The Traulsen RHF332WP-HHG full-height heated cabinet measures 86 1⁄8 inches wide by 37 15⁄16 inches deep by 83 1⁄4 inches high, and it has 83.2 cubic feet of interior space. Each of its three sections contain polyurethane insulation to conserve energy and prevent unwanted temperature changes. This unit is made of 20-gauge stainless steel that's durable enough for repeated use.
