Traulsen RHF332WP-FHS Description
The Traulsen RHF332WP-FHS pass-thru heated cabinet is illuminated with incandescent lights that power on automatically when a door is opened. Locks on the six solid doors reduce the risk of theft, and they stay open 120 degrees to prevent slamming during product access. To prevent energy loss, the cabinet includes polyurethane insulation, and the doors self-close if they're left slightly open. This unit has three sections and 83.2 cubic feet of interior space, and it includes nine shelves to accommodate product.
To keep food warm until it's ready for serving, the Traulsen RHF332WP-FHS full-height insulated heated cabinet has a temperature range of 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Durable for use in commercial restaurants or catering halls, it's constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant, 20-gauge stainless steel. For installation on a sloped floor, 6-inch adjustable legs are situated at the bottom of the cabinet to provide stability.
