Traulsen RHF232WP-FHS Description
The Traulsen RHF232WP-FHS insulated heated holding cabinet is made of heavy-duty 20-gauge stainless steel that won't rust or corrode over time. To improve heat retention, the cabinet's insulated with CFC-free polyurethane foam with an average thickness of 2 inches. To further improve its efficiency, the cabinet is equipped with a ducted heating system that improves airflow to eliminate cold and hot pockets of air. The pass-thru design of this cabinet features full-height, solid stainless steel doors that are also insulated and self-closing unless opened more than 120 degrees.
Because the Traulsen RHF232WP-FHS insulated holding cabinet has a digital control system, selecting a temperature between 140 and 180 degrees is simple, and this unit also includes indicator symbols for the status of the heating element, fan, and alarm system. The scroll-through menu is navigated by using the panel's five buttons, while the various alarms notify staff if the temperature too high or low, a door has been left open, or the unit has lost power.
