Traulsen G22000 Description
The Traulsen G22000 reach-in freezer has two sections that are accessible through half-size doors. Because half doors are smaller than full doors, they let out less air when open. For stocking product or cleaning the interior, employees can pull the doors past 120 degrees so they will stay open. Otherwise, the doors will close themselves automatically. The interior is made of anodized aluminum, while the wire shelves are coated with powder to provide corrosion resistance. LED lights brighten product stored on the shelves, increasing visibility.
Equipped with a top-mounted condenser, this Traulsen G22000 two-section freezer produces temperatures at a designated level between -5 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit. However, it can also be programmed at -10 degrees Fahrenheit for products that need a deep chill. Cold temperatures are maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant flow. Because the thermostatic expansion valve adjusts the flow rate depending on the current temperature, the interior can quickly return to its set level.
