Traulsen CLUC-48R-SD-RR Description
To preserve temperatures, the Traulsen CLUC-48R-SD-RR compact undercounter refrigerator's cabinet and doors are insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane. The unit's self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration maintains temperatures from 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and the operators can monitor and adjust them with the built-in electronic controls. Its LED display also provides readouts in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Designed for installation beneath a counter, the Traulsen CLUC-48R-SD-RR undercounter refrigerator measures 48 1⁄4 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 34 1⁄16 inches high. It's mobile on four casters, two of which brake for repositioning and stable locking. The unit's exterior is made of dent-, scratch-, and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, while the cabinet's interior has an anodized aluminum construction. Four epoxy-coated shelves included inside the cabinet can hold 150 pounds and be raised or lowered. To streamline product loading and retrieval, the two solid, right-hinged doors built onto the cabinet can be secured in a 105-degree open position.
