Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-WTLR Description
Designed to endure high-volume use, this Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-WTLR compact undercounter freezer's exterior is made of stainless steel while the interior has an anodized aluminum construction. It measures 48 1⁄4 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 38 1⁄16 inches high overall and is furnished with casters that swivel and brake. The 48 3⁄16-inch-wide worktop provides ample space for users to prepare ingredients and store small pieces of equipment, and a 4-inch-tall backsplash lines the rear edge of the unit, catching spills and messes that would otherwise end up on adjacent surfaces.
The freezer cabinet beneath the Traulsen CLUC-48F-SD-WTLR undercounter freezer's worktop is encased with two solid, swing-out doors that can be locked in a 105-degree open position to streamline product loading and retrieval. Four epoxy-coated shelves inside the cabinet can hold 150 pounds and are adjustable. Cabinet temperatures are maintained from -3 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit with the self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system and foamed-in-place polyurethane. To ensure products are held at the intended temperature, users can track and adjust temperatures with the electronic controls.
