Traulsen CLUC-48F-DW-WT Description
This Traulsen CLUC-48F-DW-WT compact worktop freezer uses a forced-air, self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system to maintain cabinet temperatures from -3 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit. The cabinet and drawers are insulated with 2 3⁄8-inch-thick, high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane to preserve temperatures, even when the drawers are opened for short periods of time or the unit is stored in a hot environment. Users can adjust and manage temperatures with the built-in LED display control that provides a Celsius or Fahrenheit readout.
The 48 3⁄16-inch-wide Traulsen CLUC-48F-DW-WT undercounter freezer's worktop is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and provides space for equipment and food preparation tasks. A 4-inch-tall backsplash is built into the rear edge of the unit and can help contain spills and messes. Four fully removable drawers are built into the bottom section of the freezer, each accommodating a half-size pan and third-size pan, which are sold separately. Overall, this unit measures 48 1⁄4 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 38 1⁄16 inches high and is mounted on casters that swivel and brake.
