The Traulsen CLST-6024-SD-LR Dealer's Choice mega top prep table refrigerator combines ingredient storage and preparation functions in a two-section cabinet measuring 60 1⁄4 inches wide. A refrigerated rail holds 24 included 4-inch-deep sixth-size pans and accommodates pans up to 6 inches deep, supporting a variety of sandwich and salad ingredients. The chambered forced-air rail promotes temperature consistency, while electronic controls with a water-resistant LED display provide straightforward operation. Its self-contained, side-mounted refrigeration system maintains temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
