Traulsen CLPT-2708-SD-L Description
This Traulsen CLPT-2708-SD-L compact prep table's exterior is constructed of high-quality stainless steel, while the interior has an anodized aluminum construction. Together, these metals withstand daily, heavy-duty use. The unit measures 27 7⁄8 inches wide by 32 3⁄4 inches deep by 44 inches high and is furnished with casters that facilitate smooth maneuvering and stability. Its top section features a removable, full-length, white polyethylene cutting board and a cut-out portion that comes with eight sixth-size pans with 4-inch depths. A roll-down top lid can be closed over the food pans to protect ingredients from contaminants when the unit isn't being used.
Beneath the Traulsen CLPT-2708-SD-L compact prep table, its refrigerated base maintains temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit has self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration that's accessible for upkeep and uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To ensure products are stored at the correct temperature, an LED display with temperature controls is built into this unit. Inside the cabinet, two epoxy-coated wire shelves mounted on pilasters accommodate 150 pounds of product, each. The solid, left-hinged door lets users access the full cabinet and can be secured at a 105-degree position to ease product loading or retrieval.
