Federal SGR7748 77" Full Service Bakery Case w/ Straight Glass - (4) Levels, 120v

The largest model in the High Volume series, the Federal SGR7748 full-service bakery case measures 77 13⁄100 inches wide by 35 31⁄100 inches deep by 48 inches high. Though this unit can be used alone, it can also be integrated into an extended display line. Its steel base features black laminate and trim to contrast with the white case interior and complement existing pieces of equipment. To provide a full view of its four display levels, its top, front, and ends are made of tempered thermopane glass.

To accommodate as many as (16) 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans, the case's interior features four display levels comprised of a white, scratch- and rust-resistant display deck and three white wire shelves that can be raised, lowered, or tilted. The two rear glass doors provide direct access to the interior so employees can retrieve customer purchases. Their sliding design streamlines product loading and retrieval while preserving space.

The Federal SGR7748 refrigerated bakery case operates with R513a refrigerant to produce and maintain temperatures from 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To generate high humidity, it's equipped with a low-velocity fan system and oversized coil. Staff can monitor case temperature with the thermometer and make adjustments with the temperature control as holding requirements change. This self-contained unit includes a condensate evaporator, condenser air filter, and insulated, rust-resistant evaporator coil compartment. Refrigeration components are accessible from the back of the case, and for optimal results, this unit shouldn't be used in an environment that exceeds 75 degrees Fahrenheit or 55-percent relative humidity.
