Great for bagels, breads, donuts, fruit pies, cheesecakes, and more, the Federal SGR5042DZ dual-zone case is built with a refrigerated left section and non-refrigerated right section. The refrigerated section operates with R513A refrigerant to maintain an average case temperature of 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and its oversized coil and low-velocity fan system generate high humidity to preserve product freshness. Operators can adjust the case's temperature as needed, and the thermometer provides an accurate readout. This self-contained refrigeration system includes a condenser air filter, condensate evaporator, and rust-resistant, insulated evaporator coil compartment. To ease maintenance, all refrigeration components are accessible from the rear.
Each section in this bakery case features two tiers of adjustable white wire shelves and a white, scratch-resistant display deck to accommodate a wide range of inventory. For a full view of the case, its front, sides, top, ends, and doors are made of tempered thermopane glass. The gently sloped front glass enhances customer view, and for cleaning, it can be tilted out. The case's top and shelves are illuminated with LED lights that grab customer attention to increase impulse purchases.
