The largest configuration in Federal's high-volume line of products, the Federal SGD7748 non-refrigerated bakery case measures 77 13⁄100 inches wide by 35 31⁄100 inches deep by 48 inches high. This four-level unit accommodates (16) 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans on its three tiers of white wire shelves and scratch- and corrosion-resistant white, vented display deck. To display different baked goods effectively, the shelves can be raised, lowered, or tilted in three positions. Because it's non refrigerated, this unit is ideal for bagels, cookies, donuts, and other baked goods that are safe to store in ambient temperatures.

The Federal SGD7748 dessert case's LED top and shelf lights brighten the cabinet's interior, while the front, top, and side tempered glass panels provide a full view of displayed foods. Great for high-traffic bakeries, cafes, or restaurants, this unit's ends can be affixed to existing display cases to create a continuous, cohesive lineup. Its steel base sports black laminate with a black trim to complement other cases and established decorative themes. The two rear sliding glass doors grant direct access to the shelves, allowing staff to retrieve customer purchases and load fresh products as needed. To minimize rocking during product insertion or retrieval, the base is positioned on adjustable leg levelers that balance the unit on irregular flooring. For simplified cleanup, the front glass can be tilted out, and the doors, shelves, shelf lights, and shelf supports can be removed.
