Federal SGD5042 Description
For storing and displaying donuts, cookies, breads, bagels, and other baked goods, the Federal SGD5042 bakery case isn't refrigerated. Its interior is built with two adjustable white wire shelves and a corrosion- and scratch-resistant white, vented display deck. Altogether, these three levels can accommodate three 9-inch by 26-inch bakery pans and six 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans. The case's tempered glass front, sides, and top provide a clear view of the shelves and display deck, while its LED top and shelf lights enhance product display. To improve customer and staff interaction and minimize shoplifting risk, employees can retrieve customer purchases from the two rear sliding doors.
Compatible with continuous lineups, the Federal SGD5042 dessert case measures 50 13⁄100 inches wide by 35 31⁄100 inches deep by 42 inches high and is positioned on adjustable leg levelers for stabilization on irregular flooring. Its straight, subtly sloped front glass panel adds a classic flair that matches most bakeries and cafes, and for thorough cleaning, it can be tilted out. For a neutral, unobtrusive appearance, its steel base is decorated with black laminate and a black trim.
